We accomplish this by simply adhering to the principles of continual communication, which include total and complete transparency regarding workflow and all activities at every stage. What we do: Home Modification services are provided by ADME to increase the independence of people living with disabilities by facilitating improved access and mobility within their homes and places of employment. How we operate: • We collaborate closely with support coordinators, case managers or Occupational Therapists to understand client’s living needs and provide tailored solutions in accordance with the client’s managed plan and/or modifications scope of works. • Our highly skilled and caring team will treat clients and their homes with care and keep them informed at every step of the process. What services we provide Non-structural Modifications: These changes include things like grab rails, tailored shower curtains, and ramp access that are intended to increase mobility, accessibility and functionality. Non-Structural Modifications include but are not limited to: • Grab rails • Hand rails • Guide rails • Ramp access • Bathroom equipment • Adapted smoke detectors • Door bell • Step modifications • Non slip tiles • Shower Screens • Shower curtains • Sensor lights • General maintenance Structural Modifications: These are larger projects that require more time for planning and design. It can include complete bathroom renovations, lift access, door widening and more.
