Adoco s.r.o. formed into Karlmart s.r.o.

On January 1st., 2024 Adoco was transformed into Karlmart s.r.o. and now is acting as a SPV. The complete distribution business was sold to Cotton Classics GmbH, Austria and the new Czech textile company was renamed Cotton Classics Adoco s.r.o. 2002 - 2023 (exit): Czech based textile wholesaler and distributor of 12 worldwide brands: 1. Multibrand distribution of promotional fashion, accessories and gifts in the Czech R. and Slovakia. 2. Wholesale of casualwear to retailers and organisations in the Czech R. and Slovakia. 3. Distribution of casualwear, underwear and socks to hypermarkets. 4. Operator of several B2B and B2C e-commerce solutions, e-marketplaces supplier. 5. IT wholesale tools specialist. Distributor for the Czech and Slovak markets of Fruit of the Loom, Stedman, JHK, Kariban, Russell Collection, TeeJays, Kimood, ProAct, K-up, Nano, Flexfit, Londog, Kariban Vintage, WK, Russell Collection, Londog Shoes, Kariban Premium. IT solution specialist for wholesale distribution (marketplaces, API, Feeds, EDI etc...).
