The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Cell was established in 2022. This cell aims to impart knowledge, give training, encourage high-quality cutting-edge research, and bridge the gap between academia and industry. The center has aimed to organize various training programs, certificate courses, conferences, and seminars since its inception. The Cell is established under the guidance of our director, Prof. Dr. O.P. Midha.
It is operating under our faculty convener, Ms. Jhalak Nandwani. The cell
consists of entrusted student members for administering various ADR activities, responsibly. The mandate of the ADR Cell encompasses the promotion and conduction of a wide array of training activities to make them aware of the various intricate methods with regard to ADR mechanisms. It also strives to impart comprehensive knowledge of allied laws and regulations concerning ADR Mechanisms, makes students efficient and effective in the field of ADR, and prepares them to face the professional arena.
