Our aim is to help improve and support local communities by developing techniques to resolve conflicts and disputes in a structured process.

The purpose of our work is to enable those in dispute to have a voice and improve their quality of life. We treat every case individually and do not have a ‘one model fits all approach’. We appreciate that for some there is a ‘fear’ of meeting, therefore we will work with them individually to help with feelings and strategies for the future.
