ADRAS Pty Ltd is a private company with principal partners Adam Roebuck and Antonio Sita. The company besides delivering physical projects and buildings, also provides client focused consultancy services. These services include Project Director, Project Management, Development Management, Capital Planning, Property Strategy and Specialist Client Advocacy Services. We focus on assisting clients to achieve their vision by applying established project management methodologies tailored to each individual client and project and often include the following phases. Concept > Planning > Construction > Commissioning > Operation > Closeout Our clients come from various sectors - corporate, private, private equity, not-for-profit, community and first-nations groups with a current focus in the fields of aged care, affordable housing, and health. Each Director has some 30+ years’ experience in their individual specialisations, with Adam being responsible for most external clients and Antonio being responsible for all in-house activities and joint-venture projects.
