It's frustrating, isn't it? The fact that Africa benefits the least from it's rich resources. The fact that Africa is heavily dependent on international aid when it has so much untapped potential in agriculture, technology, manufacturing, value chain addition, infrastructure, and not to mention it's youthful & educated population. That even with this development gap, Africa still supports majority of the world with it's resources. Can you imagine how much more we would be able to do, not just for Africans but the world too, if we invested in developing Africa? In our own individual quests for creating solutions for Africa, whether through starting businesses or partnerships, the biggest challenge always came back to funding. And it wasn't just us. Africans, Afro-descendants, and Allies around the world who want to contribute in building a thriving Africa, struggle to find reliable, transparent, & inclusive programs where they can 𝗴𝗲𝘁 funding for their projects and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲 funding to help develop Africa. It isn't right. We built ADRF to right this wrong. ADRF is a crowdfunding platform where Africans, Afro-descendant, and their Allies can donate, lend, or invest their money, in a regulated, transparent, and inclusive manner In order to fund projects that move Africa from over-dependence on aid and handouts, to a self-reliant, prosperous Africa that improves the quality of life of both its people and the world.
