Adriatic Gate j.s.c. was founded on September 11th 2001 as a daughter firm of Port Rijeka j.s.c. and on November 16th 2001 it became the official concessionaire of the Container Terminal on Brajdica.
On April 15th 2011 through the privatization process Adriatic Gate Container Terminal j.s.c. was acquired by International Container Terminal Service Inc. as the majority owner.
Since then AGCT is a part of ICTSI Group based in Manila/Philippines, which is in the business of acquiring, developing, managing and operating container ports and terminals worldwide and has become a leading operator, innovator and pioneer in its field.
AGCT will develop the Port of Rijeka as a Gateway to Europe using our abilities, market approach and dedication to the goal, but at most importance our skilled and engaged employees.
