The Apprenticeship Diversity and Social Mobility Forum is a thought leadership forum sharing knowledge and insights for social and economic development. Set up in July 2020 as a virtual event during the Coronavirus pandemic, this Forum brings to the forefront topics which usually gets pushed back and bring together leading figures in diversity and inclusion, and experts on social mobility. Diversity, equity, inclusion and social mobility sits as a prominent topic from Government down to local community business. Similarly, apprenticeships, have been recognised as a potential driver fo addressing this championed by Government and co-funded by the Government and employers The question thus stands: why is nearly every organisation failing at this?
