As the Voice of Commercial ADU Construction the ADU Institute (ADU-I) will expand the use of Accessory Dwelling Units as housing-stock by promoting innovative construction practices; educating policy makers and the construction community; and recognizing high-quality designs and policy solutions. => ADU Institute is a one-stop source about accessory dwelling units, multigenerational homes, laneway houses, ADUs, granny flats, in-law units on a National Level. => ADU Institute is designed to help others build ADUs through classes, consultations, speaking events, policy, advocacy, and entrepreneurial work. => ADUs support intergenerational equity.
