Adval Capital is a private equity fund investing in growing small and medium enterprises. Adval Capital provides strategic, financial and operating support for companies in realizing their full potential. We acquire majority stakes in companies and together with the founders we then work on creating regional leaders. Adval Capital is managed and majority financed by entrepreneurs who led a small family producer of feed additives and animal feed to become the regional leader with global presence selling products from USA and Chile to Japan, China, Russia and Australia. Our goal is to help companies realize their full potential with our active involvement in the management board and senior management positions, after which a joint exit is planned after 5 years when the companies value has meaningfully expanded.
