Advance Collegiate’s mission is to provide clarity, coherence, confidence and commitment for student athletes and families during one of the most challenging times in their lives. By empowering student athletes with personalized coaching, expertise, and comprehensive support systems, we see enhanced performance in all facets of their lives. We’ve worked closely with student athletes, families, coaches, and high school and college athletic departments for over 20 years. Navigating the path from high school to college has never been more challenging. The decisions start earlier and become more complex over time. In our experience, there are a few factors that make decisions so difficult to navigate: ● It is difficult to get accurate information. Student athletes are often surrounded by well-intentioned adults who want to help but don’t have the level of expertise required, and people who do have the expertise, but are more focused on their own goals than the goals of the student athlete ● The industry has become more complex. There is volatility in higher education institutions with budgets challenged by declining enrollment, uncertain investment in athletic programs, and major changes to NCAA regulations (e.g. NIL) ● These are emotional decisions for students and families. Balancing athletic and academic dreams with the reality of what is achievable, or best for their long term future, is never simple OUR SERVICES AC partners with student athletes and families to create a personalized road map for success. Our approach – grounded in research and executive coaching strategies developed in Harvard’s Innovation Lab – walks students through a structured process that includes goal definition, creating a plan, doing the work, and ultimately achieving their goals This two stage process consists of… 1. Preparation for and management of the college and recruitment process. 2. Skill building and coaching to help the student thrive throughout their journey.
