We work to help non-profit organisations become more effective by applying strategic thinking and data-driven analysis. In serving our clients, we create meaningful professional development opportunities for our volunteers, and provide our partner firms with a vehicle for positive community engagement.
We aim to empower our clients with actionable, insightful results and provide our volunteers with early exposure to leadership opportunities and rewarding experiences. We intend to become the pre-eminent vehicle through which junior consultants in the UK can offer their skills to charities.
Our volunteer network is made up of pre-MBA consultants from leading strategy consulting firms in the UK. We are a registered charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) that receives funding from our partner firms but operates independently.
In 2020, Advance has engaged nearly 50 volunteers in pro-bono projects for 10+ organisations, including HUMEN, Guy's and St Thomas' Charity, Mindfulness in Schools Project, Save the Children, Papyrus, Epilepsy Research UK, Malaria Consortium, PropelAir and many others.
