Principle Design Architect founded Advanced Architectural Design Limited in September 1993. He received his Bachelors of Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology and graduated 1980 with honors. He has a minor in Architectural History, Structural Engineering, and City Planning. He began his architectural career as a junior associate at Perkins and Will in Chicago working on medical master planning and high rise buildings. In 1981 he then worked with his mentor Howard Holtzman and spent the next ten years learning to Design in Classical Architecture. In 1993 he founded Advanced Architectural Design, Ltd., where he has worked in the newly developed field of Design & Build. He worked for the number one developer in Lincoln Park BGD&C and then later for Hewitt Horn where Wayne designed some of the most exclusive homes in Lincoln Park. Wayne’s background in classical architecture combines a sense of design and scale with fine building practices unparalleled among today’s Architect’s.
