Advanced Care provides in home care for people with a disability, the elderly and frail. The company provides highly qualified and motivated staff, with a focus on providing individualized services. Established on the Sunshine Coast in 2003, the company now provides services to hundreds of clients from North Brisbane through to Noosa. Advanced Care is an approved provider for the Department of Communities, and assists a number of clients funded through various departmental initiatives. We are also approved providers for the NDIS & the Department of Communities Your Life Your Choice Programme.
