ACMC is a trailblazer in advancing global sustainability and circular investment. That was the goal from day one of the partnership with Shell, AMG Recycling Company (SARBV) and United Company for Industry (UCI — a subsidiary of Aljomaih Group) - established in 2022. Our vision for that partnership was to create a hub for sustainability in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. That's exactly what we're doing: developing a state-of-the-art Catalyst Manufacturing and Metals Reclamation Supercenter there. This facility will make Saudi Arabia a global leader in vanadium supply — a critical material for energy storage technologies and high-strength steel infrastructure. Our operations are built on three main pillars. We use cutting-edge technology to make the most of our resources and minimize waste. We have closed-loop systems to reclaim critical metals and reduce our environmental footprint. And we have strategic partnerships like the landmark 2021 Supply Sales Agreement with Saudi Aramco to process Gasification Ash from the Jazan Refinery. By localizing value chains and supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, we bridge economic growth with sustainable industrial transformation. That’s where our mission comes in: to accelerate the global energy transition by building a complex that reclaims critical metals and manufactures premium catalysts. Through circular innovation, we deliver real environmental and economic impact — and empower industries to meet their renewable energy targets and GHG reduction goals. In 2021, the Shareholders have signed a Supply Sales Agreement with Saudi Aramco to off-take a key feedstock of Gasification Ash from its Jazan Refinery. The recycling Supercenter is proposed to be built in phases. In 2022, the Shareholders established the local Joint Venture, ACMC.
