AMS offers its clients Water Jet cutting, Wire EDM and EDM drilling as well as CNC Milling services. The WaterJet has 5 axis capabilities which mimimizes part taper and produce parts that 3 axis machines cannot. This, combined with our experience in fixturing, enables us to easily hold tolerances of .005" or better. We have recently purchased a new Chmer 64GS Wire EDM. Equiped with Glass Scales, Automatic Voltage Regulator and Process Water Chiller, it is designed to enable us to offer exceptional precision machined parts. Capable of handling parts as large as 36" x 27" x 11.5", we have the capability to handle even the largest jobs. Operating in a climate controlled environment, we hold exacting tolerances and the finish quality our customers require. Utilizing equipment like our 4 Axis Hardinge/Bridgeport VMC with Automatic Tool Changer, we hold tight tolerances with repeatability. Our CNC Milling capabilities enable us to provide our clients with Precision Machined parts on time and budget.
