Advanced Metal Etching®, in Northern Indiana, is a leading supplier of photo chemical etching and laser cutting services for nearly 30 years. We custom manufacture thin, flat metal parts for prototype and production requirements serving the following industries: electronics, metal stamping, medical, military, communications, aerospace, automotive, RF/microwave and more. The photochemical etching process is a more cost-effective solution for parts with intricate designs for larger production volumes than laser cutting and stamping. Laser cutting is more cost-effective for parts with greater thickness and large volumes for less complex parts. Our capabilities include part thicknesses between .002" to .250", and a large range of metals including, aluminum, copper, copper alloys, nickel, steels, and exotics. We are ISO 9001-2015 certified, ITAR registered and JCP approved. Our goal is to exceed industry standards and provide our customers with quality parts.
