Our lab, part of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at the International Islamic University Malaysia, is a hub for cutting-edge research in multi-agent artificial intelligence (AI). Our goal is to make AI explainable. We're working on making sense of Deep Reinforcement Learning through a method called neurosymbolic, ensuring that AI systems can learn and adapt in various situations. We focus on hybridizing Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) with soft computing methods like Fuzzy Logic, Evolutionary Computation, and also with Game Theory and Graph Theory.
As part of our commitment to the academic and research community, we actively disseminate our research output, publications, findings, and related information. Through publications in reputable journals, conference proceedings, and collaborative partnerships, we strive to contribute to the collective body of knowledge in the field. Our research finds applications in a myriad of domains, including but not limited to Robotics, Evacuation Modeling, and Multi-Drone Systems. By pushing the boundaries of multi-agent intelligence, we aim to contribute solutions that transcend disciplinary boundaries and have a tangible impact on real-world challenges.
