Advanced Optical Technologies (AOT) provides non-destructive surface and microstructure characterization of materials. AOT's patented analytical CrystalView microscope is the ultimate extension of polarized-light microscopy that provides crystallographic orientation images in the air at much higher speeds and over larger areas than EBSD. CrystalView microscope is the game-changer in large-area microtexture and microstructure analysis. Samples of any size are measured in air and are not constrained by the size of a vacuum chamber. CrystalView is the only analytical PLM with an instantaneous field-of-view of 17mm and can go up to 24mm.
