EN: APM meets the different requirements for quality control and processing of polymer materials.
APM collaborate with several companies for the activities of quality control of the raw materials, with methods for the determination of physical-chemical properties, rheological, thermo-mechanical and morphological properties of thermoplastic polymers, elastomers and thermo- and UV-curable monomers.
APM also participates to the control and optimization of processing, such as monoriented and blown molded film extrusion, injection molding and rotational and the production of polymer blends. In recent years, APM has developed, in collaboration with some italian companies, polymer blends for rotational molding, new adhesives and coatings for the protection of metal and glass surfaces and applications with monomers and polymers derived from renewable resources.
IT: APM nasce nel 2007 come nuova iniziativa imprenditoriale ‘spin-off’ promossa da alcuni ricercatori del CNR e dell’Università di Ferrara. La missione di APM era inizialmente legata allo sfruttamento dei risultati della ricerca fondamentale per lo sviluppo di nuovi materiali polimerici e di servizi per il trasferimento tecnologico.
Oggi APM è una società dinamica capace di applicare le moderne metodologie in uso per il controllo qualità con metodi termo-meccanici, reologici e chimico-fisici applicando le norme ISO o ASTM per polimeri industriali sia di tipo termoplastico che termo-indurente.
Inoltre APM partecipa con successo a progetti di ricerca industriale regionali, nazionali e europei in collaborazione con aziende produttrici e trasformatrici di materiali polimerici. Negli ultimi anni APM si è specializzata nello sviluppo e nei metodi di caratterizzazione di adesivi, vernici e inchiostri termo- e foto-polimerizzabili con monomeri e polimeri derivanti da risorse rinnovabili per applicazioni con imballaggi flessibili. Sviluppa inoltre adesivi a caldo con estrusione reattiva di materiali termoplastici.
