Advanced Senior Solutions Aging Life Care Managers and Nurse Case Managers are private hire consultants specializing in assessing needs, creating individualized plans of care, arranging for care services, and overseeing the care provided to seniors and disabled adults. We advocate for our clients whether they are home, in assisted living, hospital, rehab or nursing centers. When home is no longer a viable option, we help find the best alternative living places. The owner Lory Smeltzer has over 30 years of experience in mental health case management and medical social services. We offer a free initial consultation and if we can’t help, we’ll offer you other resources who can. We do not accept any commissions or referral bonuses from anyone we refer you to.
