ATE offers vibration at extreme temperature with temperature exceeding 1150°C with air flow rates up to 2000 scfm. ATE specializes in Hot Vibration of catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters DPF, diesel oxidation catalysts DOC and manifold joint assemblies. ATE can perform catalyst aging and OBD testing on converters, SCR, and DOC on our gasoline/diesel burner system with tightly controlled temperatures exceeding 1200°C allowing acceleration of aging cycles.
