Advanced Technical Services Ltd (ATS) is a Canterbury based service company established by Phillip Ruby to meet the service requirements of dental practices. Our services have grown and we now also offer our services medical practices (GP’s), orthodontic practices, oral surgeons, dental laboratories, dental technicians and many more allied health care providers. ATS service most makes and models of equipment including the following: Dental units, X-ray equipment; (film and digital based systems), autoclaves, steam sterilisers, air compressors (oil free and silent), suction units, and dental hand pieces (high speed and slow speed).
The technology is constantly changing as are the compliance requirements for the dental and medical fields. ATS attends regular industry training courses both here in New Zealand and internationally to keep abreast of these changes.
ATS is a pro-active service company encouraging the implementation of preventative maintenance over re-active repairs to breakdown situations.
Alongside Phill, ATS is pleased to have a dedicated team, including Service Coordinator Andrew Turner, Validation Engineer Dean Newberry, Service Technician Cyn Tanner, and Accounts Administrator Julie Newberry.
In November 2019, due to continued growth and to accommodate the increasing staff and workload at ATS, we will be moving in to larger premises located at 125A Waterloo Road, Hornby. With a location close to the central city we are able to continue to respond quickly to service and emergency repair requests quickly.
