Advantage Partners, Inc., established in 1996, specialized in executive search and human capital advisory services for middle market privately held and private equity owned companies. Our engagements, located throughout the United States and Canada, were primarily with niche manufacturers, industrial distribution, and business, commercial, consumer and industrial services companies. Boards of Directors, investors and owners looked to Advantage Partners for sage advice and market insight on executive recruitment and selection, organizational effectiveness and design, executive talent management and retention, and onboarding. Business situations included start-ups, platform investments, transition from founder led, underperforming to turnarounds, next stage growth, and preparing for a sale. The Advantage Partners Team, veteran business, human capital and search professionals, had been based in Cleveland, Ohio, and Naples, Florida; also was present in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio; Henderson, Nevada; Ashland, Oregon; and Beaufort, South Carolina. Upon the retirement of the founders, Advantage Partners ceased active operations.
