Advantage Physical Therapy (APT) was established in 1991, by Blayne Liparoto, PT, to provide a focused approach on the individual's total needs during their recovery. Soon after establishment, the Orthopedic, Sports and Woman's health focuses were expanded to include the WorkAdvantage Program. This program has it's roots in her direct involvement in the early stages of industrial and employment testing services which later came to be the WorkSTEPS Employment Testing Services National Network. APT's goal is to provide California employers a proactive comprehensive program to help combat spiraling Workman Compensation costs and the related economic impact on competitive business and employee health
