AdvantiGen has discovered and validated a new Immune-Checkpoint (IC) target on T-cell for Immuno-Oncology; a market forecasted to grow to > $ 155 Billion by 2031. AdvantiGen ADVAN-1 monoclonal antibody (mAbs) program has delivered a set of mAbs modulating the interaction between this new IC target and its ligand(s), thus restoring the ability of the T cell to kill the cancer cells; the hallmark of an Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors (ICI). AdvantiGen has also shown that its novel target interacts with many cancer cell types, hinting at clinical relevance of the target in both solid tumors, such as skin, kidney, breast, colorectal, lung and liver cancers as well as blood cancers, such T cell Lymphoma and AML.
