Advantis broker a.d. Banja Luka

Advantis broker JSC Banja Luka is a Brokerage and dealer company established 2007 and is a member of a local stock exchange - “Banja Luka Stock Exchange”. Beside its basic operations - brokerage services, best effort agent services, operational and financial analyses, financial projections and investment advises, the company provides financial advisory services and especially advisory services in the field of corporate governance. We have been providing services in the field of corporate governance for more than ten years, and in the period from 2012 to 2017 we were selected as a partner of International Finance Corporation (IFC) in the project “Corporate governance development in the ECA region”. In July 2020, we were also selected as an IFC partner in the project "ECA ESG PROGRAM - ESG related activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina". During last ten years we have organized more than 30 trainings in the field of corporate governance (corporate governance in family companies, trainings for board members, risk governance, transparency and disclosure) for different groups of participants. We are a member of the “Business Club” from Banja Luka, which gathers over 60 private companies from the wider region of Banja Luka, and indirectly, through the “Business Club” we are a member of the Union of Employers of RS and direct member of the Chamber of Commerce of Republika Srpska. We are also member of British Bosnian and Herzegovinian Chamber of Commerce. In september 2021, we received certificate, from The Union of Employers' Associations of Republika Srpska, which confirmes that we apply the Code of Ethics of the Employers of the Republika Srpska in our business.
