ADVENTageous

ADVENTageous is an annual event that takes place at Advent. It is a campaign focused on 'Giving back to yourself and others'. Participants select from a range of provided wellbeing tools and commit to practicing at least one daily for a 24-day period, starting on December 1st, 2023. At the end of the challenge, if you thrive and benefit, you are encouraged to give back to others by donating to charity or paying it forward with acts of kindness.
