We are a high-level strategic coordination unit under the Office of the President, dedicated to accelerating delivery of Botswana’s most transformative national projects. Our core mission is to provide expert advisory, project oversight, and inter-agency coordination to ensure that Presidential flagship initiatives are implemented effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with national development goals such as Vision 2036 and NDP 11/12.
Led by Mr. Omphile John Sehurutshe, the Office functions as a central delivery hub, bridging policy with execution. We work across ministries, the private sector, and development partners to unlock bottlenecks, fast-track high-impact projects, and ensure timely reporting directly to His Excellency, the President.
