We promote and protect human rights in Australia by advancing community awareness of human rights to ensure government accountability for issues that impact society in the areas of health, social justice and public welfare while promoting respect for and observance of human rights and freedoms under the Australian Human Rights Parliamentary Scrutiny Act 2011.
