My key role is as Managing Director of a successful Australian software and business consulting company, I-Nex. My company works in Australia and globally (especially Europe, Asia, USA), specialising in information and content management systems built on open source platforms as well as significant consultant roles relating to solution integrity, post implementation review, business development and solution procurement guidance. We work predominantly in Energy safety, Associations, the Arts, Festival Management, Education and Not-for-profit sector. We also focus on research, bespoke and one-off product development.I am the visionary and manager of the solutions, with a great team of developers in like minded spirit. My responsibilities include management of the company, chief consultant, chief system administrator and strategic direction for the company and staff.I currently hold a number of board positions in Arts organisations, including Recitals Australia as President, Chair of the McLaren Vale Music Festival Association which produces the Coriole Music Festival, Chair of the Adelaide Cabaret Fringe Association, Deputy Chair of Advocacy Australia and Member of Musica Viva's Member Council.Formerly, I have been the on the board of Chamber Music Adelaide, the State Opera South Australia, Chair of the Adelaide International Cello Festival, Deputy Chair of the State Library of South Australia Foundation and a board member of the National Youth Theatre Company Foundation.These align with my strong interest in the Arts in Australia and I hope to bring positive and interesting governance to these organisations into the future.
