Adynaton

Adynaton is a value add real estate investor and asset manager specialising in complex assets. We leverage our unique skills, understanding of the markets and flexible commercial approach to create value where others cannot. We recognise that real estate involves an ongoing commitment by landlords and tenants and other stakeholders which can only thrive with a proper alignment of interests, a fair balance of risk and reward and the highest quality management and that, by doing so, value can be created for all parties. These principles can be applied to any real estate, but our focus is on larger assets, complex assets and tenants with a need for a bespoke approach. Adynaton (pronounced Adi’na:ton) is a form of exaggeration for effect. We have often faced examples of adynaton in complex projects, for example “You’ll get permission for that when pigs fly”. We specialise in confounding expectations and making the seemingly impossible, possible. “Adynaton” is a trading name of Adynaton Partners LLP and Adynaton Asset Management LLP.
