For over 30 years, Stéphanie de Haldat has been involved in communications in crisis situations and high-stakes transformations. She has held positions in brand communications, internal communications & engagement and communications management in industry (Giat Industries / Nexter - armaments - and Roche - pharmaceuticals). As a consultant, she has worked with companies in all sectors (service, telecoms, tech). Today, at the head of her own company, Adéquate-s, she puts her expertise to work for organizations. She works closely with existing teams to get all stakeholders on board with transformation projects. She also supports teams at key moments in the life of the company: reorganization, restructuring, rebranding, creation of new structures, etc. Her work lies at the crossroads of strategy, change management and communication. Stéphanie holds degrees in History (Paris IV Sorbonne) and Information and Communication Sciences (Institut Français de Presse - Paris II). She holds a master's degree in Digital Humanities (Sciences Po) and is certified in Collective Intelligence Facilitation (Formapart).
