The Association des étudiants et étudiantes de l'Université de Moncton (AÉÉGUM) is an association led by engineering students and has as main objective to promote, support and protect the status and interests of the students and its members.
In addition, AÉÉGUM must bring together engineering students from the Université de Moncton in order to provide them with material, intellectual, cultural, physical and professional services for their individual and collective well-being. The Association emphasizes the promotion of respect for the values shared by members and students;
Its mandate is also to promote and facilitate the best relations between the Association and regional, provincial, national and international student organizations as well as relationships with other public and private bodies.
Finally, AÉÉGUM must organize, establish, maintain and facilitate the holding of activities, competitions, conferences, games and conventions for its members.
