AEFL Moldova - "European Abilities without Limits"

The Association of Entrepreneurs with Disabilities of the Republic of Moldova - "European Abilities Without Limits" (AEFL Moldova) stands as a pioneering force in Moldova, uniquely dedicated to advocating for and empowering women from vulnerable groups, including those who face intersecting forms of discrimination such as women with disabilities, Roma women, and refugee women. Our mission transcends mere representation; we actively work to ensure their full inclusion in economic, professional, social, and political spheres, driving forward the principles of equal opportunity and gender equity. AEFL Moldova is a proud member of the European Disability Forum (EDF) and the Gender Equality Platform of Moldova (PEG Moldova), strengthening our commitment to advancing inclusive rights-based policies at both national and European levels. Since our establishment in 2014, AEFL has not only been at the forefront nationally but has also forged impactful collaborations internationally. Through strategic partnerships with local public authorities and government entities, we have played a critical role in shaping and advancing inclusive public policies. Over the past decade, our efforts have directly improved the lives of over 28,000 beneficiaries, delivering tangible outcomes through more than 63 social projects. These initiatives have had far-reaching effects, not only enhancing the quality of life for individuals within these vulnerable groups but also influencing the legislative framework to better protect and empower them. In addition to our project work, AEFL has been a key player in lobbying and advocacy efforts, driving significant changes in legislation and policy.
