Aegis Renewables is a member of TERNA ENERGY Group, www.terna-energy.com (wholly owned subsidiary) and acts as the O&M contractor of all TERNA ENERGY assets in operations in the USA but also for third parties. Currently, Aegis Renewables performs the asset management and Balance of Plant of 4 windfarms. One in Idaho and three in Texas. Additionally, Aegis Renewables is involved in early stage project development (greenfield and brownfield) and construction project management, being able to manage all the value chain of the asset. Aegis Renewables LLC, always evolving within a competitive market environment, has formed a consolidated structure which will allow the efficient management of RES assets in the USA, providing high level of services. Based on existing, experienced personnel, combined with new additions after thorough personnel selection process, AR has created a flexible and easily scalable organization, in order to cope with TERNA ENERGY’s capacity expansion in the renewable sector in the USA.
