Aegis has been part of the Southern California healthcare landscape since 1997. We have directly employed hundreds of individuals, visited virtually every healthcare facility in Los Angles Region, and interacted and developed relationships with healthcare providers throughout Southern California.
Over the last several years we have heard an increase in demand for quality medical personnel to address short-term needs. We saw first-hand the stress and energy spent on getting open shifts filled - even at survey time.
It is from these needs that Aegis Friendly was born. We realized there was a need for temporary help and often Skilled Nursing was an underserved market. We started the staffing agency to address the needs of the Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Staff Developers, and Staffing Coordinators and make their lives a little easier.
