The Academy was found as a specialized professional training academy based on a special thought, vision and mission, combining between the youth spirit and adults experience within the working group of the academy.
The academy aims to provide usual training services in a manner of modern techniques, combining theoretical training with applications and professional process. The Academy mainly based on the rehabilitation of trainees to access the labor market after providing them with everything they need of scientific and theoretical material that improve their knowledge before going to the practical life.

The Academy has a various partnerships with Jordanian institutions in the public sector and the private as the Jordanian Ministry of Labor and HRH Princess Sumaya University of Technology, where these partnerships are aimed at inflicting the youth sector with specialized training courses that qualify them to join the labor market.
