Ηaving built our own L&D Methodology with several original L&D activities such as - Simulations - Scenario-based guided projects - 24/7 PowerUp chat for asynchronous guidance, - Curated intra-mentoring we design and deliver programs for - People Development - Learning & Upskilling - Organizational Development Our key programs are the HRD Vitamins, concise “value-4-time” programs addressing specific HR challenges. Moreover, AELIA supports HR and L&D professionals through practice-oriented executive capacity building. To support HR Professionals we manage a community of HR and L&D professionals, setting up L&D Studio, as a hub for exploring, testing and assessing L&D practices. Our people are both the foundation and driving force of AELIA. Our team consists of professionals from 7 diverse professional backgrounds, united by a shared passion for people development. We have a dedicated L&D design team that meticulously crafts our programs, as well as a group of over 10 L&D instructors who deliver them.
