AEO Association

The Regional AEO Association is the premier private sector group bringing together Authorized Economic Operators (AEOs) and AEO champions across South-East Europe. Established in October 2021 and officially registered in 2025. We serve as the most effective platform for public-private partnership on AEO matters in the region, fostering cooperation and ensuring that AEO programmes deliver expected benefits and maintain relevance. Our association represents the collective interests of authorized economic operators throughout the CEFTA region, advocating for trade facilitation improvements and supporting businesses in realizing the full benefits of AEO status. Through collaborative dialogue, evidence-based policy recommendations, and targeted training initiatives, we are advancing the regional economic competitiveness agenda.
