Aeolian Biotech: a big pharma Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine opportunity in a small biotech. Aeolian Biotech is developing an improved pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (iPCV) that is designed to cover the serotypes causing invasive disease. Our vaccine composition covers 95% of invasive serotypes in the US adults compared to approximately 60% for other vaccines. Our team includes three key leaders from the Prevnar development team which enables our efficient development strategy. We are currently raising capital that is being used to initiate development. We plan to raise our series A round in late 2023 that will support the company through clinical proof of concept results.
