The Company was incorporated in Myanmar on 2 November 2012 under Registration No. 176FC of 2012-2013 issued by the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration. On 8 February 2013, the Company obtained its license No.0132/2013 as a micro-finance institution from the Myanmar Microfinance Supervisory Enterprise and we are operating Microfinance business within (44) townships in Yangon Division and (7) townships in Mandalay Division. The Company is wholly-owned by AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a company registered in Thailand. The ultimate parent company is AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd., a company registered in Japan and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd currently has more than 30 million card members and it is one of the biggest credit card issuers and a leading consumer credit provider in Japan. For AEON Group consists of more than 180 subsidiaries and affiliated companies. AEON Group operates not only in Japan but also in Southeast Asia and China.
