Our journey began 10 years ago when we recognized the untapped potential for airlines to connect more meaningfully with their passengers. We saw opportunities for creating richer conversations and building stronger loyalty, and we knew we could help airlines seize them. Our first client, the second-largest airline in Eastern Europe, gave us a trial by fire, but it turned out to be an incredible learning experience. Not only did we help them boost their online revenues by 400%, but we also gained a fantastic reference that opened doors to new opportunities. Soon after, three more airlines signed up for our innovative combination of a booking engine and loyalty modules. COVID was a minor bump in the road and we've emerged stronger, more innovative and more resilient than before. The airlines that weathered the storm alongside us are now our trusted partners, working hand in hand to add new functionalities and elevate their passenger experience.
