Fitness Centre “Aeromix” was established in September 1998. Over the course of these years a lot of things have changed to eventually shape our organization into what it is now. We started our activities instructing aerobics classes and in time developed into a company offering a wide range of seminars and mass sports events. Today Fitness Centre “Aeromix” is well regarded and respected in this relevant, prestigious industry. We earned trust and respect by our hard work in preparing top-notch industry specialists who promote fitness and healthy lifestyle. These people are our biggest achievement which we value, foster and are proud of.
Our mission is to prepare high-level personnel to work in various fitness-related industries, improve the teaching level in fitness, accustom specialists with premiere global knowledge, trends and latest innovations in the fitness industry.

Fitness Centre “Aeromix” offers a specialized training suitable for a wide range of interests – ranging from seminars for beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts as well as for people who enjoy dancing, “Pilates” workouts or aspire to become professional fitness or aerobics instructors.
After a successful completion of training courses you can acquire Euro Education (European Fitness School) and Physical Education and Sports Activities license .
We are proud of our successful mass events, such as EUROFITNESSMANIA and EUROWELLNESSDAY, AEROMIX MOVEMENT WEEKEND. These events have gathered a considerable following and popularity in Lithuania. “Aeromix conventions” are well known among amateur sports enthusiasts and professionals.
