Unser Verein vertritt die Interessen seiner Mitglieder, die langfristige Arbeitsplatzsicherheit, vernünftige Arbeitsbedingungen und eine angemessene finanzielle Entschädigung umfassen. Wir handeln dazu mit den jeweiligen Arbeitgebern einen für alle angestellten Pilotinnen und Piloten gültigen Gesamtarbeitsvertrag aus und überwachen dessen korrekte Umsetzung.
