Our venture growth business spans a variety of sectors and ranges from seed to mid-stage investments. We value creativity and unconventional innovation. We partner with entrepreneurs with transformative ideas that have the ability to create new markets or disrupt existing ones. We typically lead financing rounds with investment commitments ranging from $2mm to $10mm. In our private equity business, we leverage 20 years of capital markets experience to identify and work with ambitious management teams to accelerate growth, access new markets and transform businesses. We focus on companies with an industry-leading niche, that are cash generative and where the business is a platform for growth. We look to invest in companies with revenues between $5mm and $25mm.
