AEyeZone® aims to deploy lightweight computer vision-driven systems to monitor Materials and Personnel to ensure Quality. We propose real-time alerts for top-priority events by tracking materials from drop-off to installation and personnel handling each piece. Furthermore, our system tracks progress and counts stock by monitoring the inventory and usage. As a result, we can ensure that every detail is proper while guaranteeing that the most productive workers and techniques are recognized. A concept that can evolve to understanding the vast human-to-object scenarios in the construction sector. Inherently, leading to the detection of safety hazards (e.g., improper scaffold setup), job-site integrity (e.g., theft prevention), targeted training for new hires and up- dated techniques (e.g., worker-tool interactions), and automated inspections (e.g., upon installation and overtime after that). Our expertise allows us to cultivate a collection of the latest and greatest AI algorithms and collect multimodal data that will significantly demand the many up-and-coming startups looking for a complete spatial understanding, as seen across the different construction sites. Specifically, our solutions involve running state-of-the-art vision algorithms with minimal overhead, allowing real-time processing on-chip with no internet connection (i.e., cloud-independent). Furthermore, we bridge the gap between the output of the advanced mathematical estimators and the human interpreter by incorporating explainable AI: the benefits of explainable AI are multi-fold, for advantages in transparency, understanding, and even baking into the higher-level decision-making pro- cess. Furthermore, it provides evidence and reasoning that could be used as part of on-the-fly adjustments and corrections and even for report generation. To support this and prepare for the inedible demand for construction data, multimodal data collection, and labeling, future products will involve the data itself.
