AF-Campus (AFC) is an INCLUSIVE BUSINESS that prepares young graduates for Dual Education position in the German-speaking job market. In addition, the company places professional nurses in accordance with local law.
AFC prefer to prepare senior high school graduates (SHS) for the training in Germany, as this path makes more sense in terms of development policy, is easier for the candidates to adapt the culture in the target country and is much more sustainable.
Employing nursing professionals from countries such as the Philippines, which have a privately organized school education, means for the candidates that they have already invested € 15,000 in college fees, which they have paid for over many years on 25% p. a. interest rate. In addition, ready-made nurses often have families already that are left behind. Furthermore, foreign qualified professionals need the recognition of their exam in Germany, which takes about 6 months. The founders are four experienced senior businesspeople, who have worked in management positions in Asia for many years. In the spirit of an Inclusive Business, they established an AG to improve to the German health care situation and cause a long-term social impact for young graduates.
