AFA Cooper Inc. is a manufacturer of bag/film converting equipment. The company started in 1978 as Cooper Machine, a general machine shop builder of customized automation machinery. By the late 1980s, with our strong machining and design background, we began to specialize in manufacturing bagmaking and film converting machinery. In 2016 Cooper Machine was purchased by AFA Systems, and is now known as AFA Cooper Inc. The parent company AFA Systems is a global manufacturer of automated packaging and handling equipment. We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our converting machines can be used inline and offline to make all types of PE based bags and film from garbage bags, produce bags, liners and sheets, furniture and industrial packaging, biohazard and disposal bags, construction rolls, large diameter master roll stocks, etc. Our complete modular line of equipment includes the - Bottom Seal Bag Machines - Coreless Winders (or with Core) - Surface Winders - Turret Winders - Separators / Folders - V-Folders - Power Unwinders - Rotary Cutters - Post Gussetters - Accessories and Attachments (Seal Bars, Hole Punches, Handle Punches, Slit/Seal Units, Garment Bag Seal Head, etc.) We have over 750 machines in the market, mainly to the USA and Canada, and internationally such as Panama, Philippines, Saudi Arabia.
