We create value by focusing on our preferred industries and working closely with our operating advisors to gain a deeper understanding of industry trends, areas of sales growth and margin enhancement, and strong management additions to help execute the strategic vision for the business. $30 million minimum revenue size and $3 million to $8 million target EBITDA range (will consider smaller opportunities for add-ons).
